In the heart of the Amphithéâtre district, Metz’s new cultural, business, and architectural hub, Maison Heler rises just steps from the TGV train station, the Centre Pompidou-Metz, the Metz Congrès Robert Schuman, and the city center.

From the 2nd to the 8th floor, Maison Heler reveals 104 rooms and suites suspended between the city and the sky.

Designed for business travelers, cultural getaways, weekends in Metz, as well as more contemplative or family stays, they combine 4-star comfort, Philippe Starck’s signature design, carefully selected materials, and poetic details.

On the furniture, Manfred’s secret alphabet invites guests to decipher the house in a different way. Each room becomes a refuge, but also a gentle enigma—a place to slow down, observe, and finally take the time.

Two houses, two atmospheres

La Cuisine de Rose, an affectionate and romantic brasserie, welcomes guests into a joyful, fresh, and colorful world. The menu evolves weekly and seasonally, crafted in collaboration with high-quality artisans and producers. It offers healthy, invigorating, and fragrant dishes inspired both by traditional regional cuisine and by Manfred’s travel stories.

A journey upward awaits on the 9th floor. Perched on the rooftop and overlooking the city, La Maison de Manfred invites guests into a family-style dining room—reminiscent of the home inherited from his parents. A place to gather, as a couple, with family, or among friends, for a warm and convivial moment.

Drawing from both his travels and family meals, Manfred presents the finest seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, creating elegant and comforting French cuisine that nourishes both heart and mind.
